Fees

My fees are generally calculated on the time that is spent on dealing with the matter at hand. In the vast majority of cases, after a short discussion about the work needed I am able to provide a fixed fee quote for the work that is required.

The minimum fee for a notarial matter is £180.

There is no VAT payable on my fees.

Payment of my fees and disbursements (for example legalisation fees) is made by bank transfer, cash or cheque and I will need to be in receipt of cleared funds before I am able to release the completed documentation to you. Therefore, if paying by cheque please be aware that the cheque must clear before I can release the documentation to you.

If necessary, I can arrange for an international courier to ship your documents overseas and I can advise on the cost of this if it is needed.

Cancelled appointments will incur a fee of £125 to reflect the time spent preparing documentation/reviewing papers/dealing with emails received/sent beforehand.
